It’s that rare time of the year again. That one big event in which the entire world comes together as one to witness some of the greatest athletes we have ever seen. The one big event in which face paint, rebel chants, obnoxious (yet melodic) plastic horns, bright colors and the ever so famous “GOOOOOOOAAAAALLLL!!!” are all perfectly acceptable, if not encouraged. If you haven’t caught on to the event in which I am referring, then you clearly have been in hiding for the past month, but I’ll say it anyways- the FIFA World Cup!

Although it took a little longer than expected, Spring is finally making her much needed arrival. That’s right Winter, it’s time to stop being a drama queen and let somebody else step into the spotlight for once! With a new season comes new trends, or new takes on the classic trends we can’t seem to get over.
It’s become quite obvious that the floral print is never going away. If you’re like me, and you don’t necessarily feel your best in an outfit that’s reminiscent of your grandmother’s curtains, don’t worry because I’ve put together an outfit that adds a few thorns to the flower bed.
My edgy take on the traditional floral print will win over even the darkest fashionista.
Downsizing the flowers makes the floral print a little less dainty. Throw on a denim button-down and some brown ankle booties with a bit of a heel, and flowers instantly become edgy!
